Northern Fabricators is an industry leader in custom sheet metal fabrication for the HVAC & construction industries. We employ skilled labor from the Local 46 Sheet Metal Workers Union to ensure superior quality. Customers can find a large selection of custom products made from galvanized, galvannealed, black iron, stainless, aluminum, PVS, ranging anywhere from 6 to 26 gauge. Our goal is to exceed all customer expectations and provide on-time delivery of quality products and services at competitive prices.

Northern Fabricators Sheet Metal is the industry leader in fabrication and supplies of Yellow Label (Sheet Metal Local 46) Union Products.

All structural steel and sheet metal needs are handled by expert in-house fabricators and welders, using skilled labor from the local 46 sheet metal workers union for superior quality. Customers can find a large selection of custom parts ranging from 6 gauge to 20 while all metal is cut using our industry standard CNC operated plasma cutting machines.

Northern Fabricators Corporate Office

Northern Fabricators was established in 2020, by Postler & Jaeckle Corp. to continue supplying the sheet metal and construction industries with sheet metal fabrication, custom metal fabrications, welding and specialty high quality metal fabrications. Our goal is to deliver quality products at competitive pricing, safely and on time.

The Northern Fabricators office and shop are located at 40 Pixley Industrial Pkwy. Rochester, NY 14624 with Postler & Jaeckle’s corporate offices located at 615 South Ave., Rochester, NY 14620.

Northern Fabricators Sheet Metal is dedicated and passionate about using advanced and top of the line equipment to produce high quality precision metal fabrication parts. We offer premium quality sheet metal fabrication services using a wide variety of equipment in our Rochester, NY shop.

  • 175 Ton Press Brake (1/4” x 10ft. Capacity)
  • 10’ Press Brake will brake up to 3/16”
  • Fully automated Coil line that will insulate up to 2” thick insulation
  • Ability to create duct joints every 45 seconds
  • Dual plasma table that will cut ½” plate
  • (2) Gorelockers, 5ft roller, 4 ft roller, Spot Welder, and Norlocker
  • Fully automated Spiral Machine with heads from 3” to 48”
  • Spiral pipe fabricated in Galvanized, Galvanealed, Perforated, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and PVS materials
  • 10 ft shear cuts up to 3/16” plate
  • Whisper lock machine for vertical seams up to 60”
  • Dual head Cornermatic machine for TDC connectors
  • Table top Conermatic for TDC fittings
  • Mig,Tig, and Stick welding capabilities
  • Ovalizer machine with dies from 6” to 20” that produces Oval spiral from 6”x 22” up to 20”x 64”
